Welcome to Translate Bridge. These Terms of Service ("Terms") represent a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "you") and the developers of Translate Bridge ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our iOS application, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1. Scope of Services

Translate Bridge provides a suite of digital utility tools, including but not limited to:

- Text translation between multiple international languages.

- Voice translation and real-time conversation interpretation via microphone input.

- Camera and photo-based visual translation using text recognition technology.

- A localized "Translation History" and favorites manager.

2. User License and Intellectual Property

Grant of License: We grant you a personal, worldwide, non-assignable, non-exclusive. This license is strictly for your personal or internal business use.

User Content Ownership: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over any text, audio, or images you input into the application, as well as the resulting translated output. You are free to export, copy, or utilize these translations for personal or commercial marketing/communication purposes.

3. Acceptable Use Policy & Restrictions

We provide you with a powerful translation utility. However, you explicitly agree NOT to use our application to:

Facilitate Malicious Content: Translate and generate content intended for phishing schemes, scam operations, or defrauding individuals across different language barriers.

Promote Illegal Activities: Use the translation tools to facilitate illegal transactions, promote human trafficking, or generate hate speech, harassment, and threatening communications in any language.

System Abuse: Deploy automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to abuse our local or cloud-assisted translation mechanisms or bypass regular user interfaces.

Reverse Engineer: Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code or language-model data structures of the application.

4. Translation Accuracy Disclaimer

No Guarantee of Accuracy: Automated language translation is an evolving technology. While we strive for high precision, Translate Bridge does not warrant or guarantee that translations will be 100% accurate, contextually perfect, or free of errors.

User Responsibility: You acknowledge that machine translation may occasionally misinterpret nuance. The application should not be solely relied upon for high-stakes medical, legal, financial, or official government documentation. We shall not be held liable for any misunderstandings, cultural missteps, or damages arising from reliance on translated text.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Translate Bridge, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, loss of communication context, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the application.

6. Modifications to the App and Terms

App Updates: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service (including specific language packs, dictionaries, or offline translation features) at any time, with or without notice.

Terms Updates: We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted within the app. By continuing to access or use the application after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations before resorting to formal legal action.
